Yes. One open parking space per licensed driver (maximum 2 per unit) is included in rent. Garages are available for $60/month and carports for $25/month. Guest parking is also available on site.
Yes. Cats and small dogs (50 lb weight limit) are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per unit. Pet deposit is $300 and monthly pet rent is $35 per unit (not per pet). Breed restrictions apply — contact our office for the specific list.
On-site laundry facilities are available for all residents. We also offer rentable washer and dryer units for individual apartments. Contact our leasing office for availability and pricing.
We offer 12-month standard leases. Month-to-month and short-term leases are not available. Early termination requires 30 days written notice, but you remain responsible for the full lease term.

Yes. Standard screening includes a background check, credit check, rental history verification, and income verification for LIHTC qualification. Each application is reviewed individually — an eviction or credit issues do not automatically disqualify you.
