Terra Management Property Notifications

You may consent to receive SMS messages and phone calls from West Park Village, managed by Terra Management Group, LLC, through any of the following opt-in methods:

  • Contact Form: By submitting a contact or inquiry form on our website, you consent via the disclosure displayed below the phone number field.
  • Waitlist Form: By checking the required consent checkbox when signing up for our waitlist.
  • Maintenance Request Form: By submitting a maintenance request on our website, you consent via the disclosure displayed below the phone number field.
  • Maintenance Verification (Chat): By requesting a one-time verification code in our maintenance chat widget, you consent to receive a single SMS code. Consent is shown before the code is sent.
  • Phone Call Email Capture: During an inbound phone call, our voice agent may offer to send you a text link to enter your email address. You must verbally agree before any message is sent.

All opt-in disclosures are displayed adjacent to the relevant input or action and are not required as a condition of tenancy or purchase. Messages may include:

  • Leasing inquiries, follow-ups, and tour confirmations
  • Maintenance request confirmations and status updates
  • Account notifications, including rent payment reminders
  • One-time verification codes for identity verification
  • Phone calls from our leasing or maintenance team

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or tenancy.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received a message. After you send "STOP", we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to receive messages again, you may opt back in by submitting a new form on our website.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

We use this information to respond to your inquiries, process waitlist sign-ups, schedule tours, and handle maintenance requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for marketing purposes beyond the services described above. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your information may be shared with our property management software (AppFolio) and communication providers (Twilio) solely to fulfill your requests. We retain your information as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
